Before we can start sending on you, you have to fill in and update My Profile and fill in all the fields under “Personal Information Form”. You also have to send us a picture of you, with neutral background.

If you are re-ordering this Quantum Awareness Program, i.e. extended it with one more year, then you don’t need to change the information in the form or send us a new photo. We already have this information. No update is necessary unless you have extra information to share.
